This is a beautifully hand crafted junk journal. It has 20 pages from the front cover to the back that I coffee dyed for that fun vintage look. I hand sewed the pages into the signature that has become a small book. A "junk" journal is far from your boring, basic diary that would have plain pages of lines for you to write on. It is made from repurposed, upcycled fabrics, paper, etc. that might otherwise be tossed out. It is also a place where you can store things like sentimental cards you've received from loved ones, a picture your child drew, save the date invites, etc. Things that might be kept for a time, but later thrown out, now have a place to call home! They are made from many different types of paper, fabric, and textures that create interest and motivate and inspire you to write. An image in the book might remind you of a special memory that you can record to be passed on to the next generation in your family.
