Brand new w/tags attached. This is a 2-piece set. The sweater cardigan has a built in sweater tank. Has pockets. The sweater skirt has elastic waist. The skirt measures from waist to bottom 34". Very pretty set. Women's size Petite small. I do think this would work for a women's small as well. The sleeves are a good length and you can also cuff them if you are petite. Very stylish outfit.
