KTOO TUTU SKIRT

KTOO ballerina skirt with pink lining and pink tulle overlay.  Tulle overlay is full and several layers.  Skirt is short and has an elastic waistband.  Waistband has a small threading clump in the back, see picture.  Skirt has never been worn and in great shape. Measurements laying flat: Waist: 16" Lining from below the waistband: 17" Overlay from bottom of the waistband: 23" Waistband width: 1 1/2"
