From my personla collection, worn 1x, excellent used condition. It's just wrinkly from being in a box and my steamer isn't working. Karen Kane brand, long sleeve blouse with henley styling. Sheer, black 100% rayon material with white floral embrodery on front, button placet about halfway down front & button cuffs. My approximate measurements, Large: 23.5” across front from armpit to armpit, 19” shoulders, 26” sleeves, 29” long. I'd say it's a true large. 104-119
