Karin Stevens Woman's Black White Polka Dot Dress Size 6 Polyester Retro s16

Q16 is a Karin Stevens size 6 94% polyester 6% spandex polka dot dress with a solid black bottom. Approximate Measurements: The measurements laying flat are 16 1/2 inch under the arm, and it is 15 1/2 inch at the waist, and it does have some stretch to it and then the dress flares at the hip. On the manequin it is 43 in from the back of the neck down to the hem. It has very short almost cap sleeves. It gathers across the bust and is held with a oval clasp and the skirt falls into, not pleats, but like folds. I am rating item as great pre-owned condition. No tears or stains noted. Buttons /zippers intact. There is a tiny snag under one arm that I wanted to disclose. See pic A picture is always worth a thousand words.
