muznajaafari @tucute1958 It does not have separate compartments or an organized interior. It only has the pockets that could be used for keys and other smaller items. It also has a zippered pocket but I don’t think that is enough for ur medical supplies. I have other bags that are are for more organized on the inside if you are interested.

muznajaafari @jamieann234 Hey hun! I apologize I am just seeing this. All Kipling bags tend to be really soft so they do not stand on their own, unless you put something solid inside it at the bottom that would allow for it to sit upright.
