Koton Tiered Floral Frilled Elastic Waist Mini Skirt, Size 10 (UK size 14 on tag equates to a 10 in USA) EUC. The skirt is in excellent condition without rips, tears or stains. Made in Turkey. This fabric is 100% viscose. Wash with similar colors on the reverse side and iron on the reverse side. The elastic waist measures 15” across and the skirt is 17” in length.
