Dark blue velvet long sleeve mini dress with wraparound bodice and tie closure and back keyhole with button. Partially lined with a hidden side zipper. The top and skirt aren’t fully connected in front, allowing this to also be a midriff baring style depending on how you tie the ties. Has pockets! New with tags, comes with extra button.
