A perfect dress for Spring in vivid colors, this shawl collared wrap bust dress has a tropical floral print, shoulder pads for structure, short sleeves, hidden hip pockets, 2 yellow buttons at the wrap bust for closure, back kick pleat, pencil style skirt and a slinky polyester fabric that feels like cold rayon! Lightweight, stylish and soooo 90’s! I had a similar dress that I used to wear with white, Dr Marten boots. Marked a Petie Size 6.
