LIZ CLAIBORNE short sleeve black dress

Must have for unexpected situations requiring consevative attire, business meetings, religious services etc. Comes to mid-knee on me. Each short sleeve is decorated with 3 elegant buttons. Put dress on by unbuttoning buttons going 2/3 down front. Top decorative button shows. Other plain buttons are hidden. About 20" armpit to armpit across front, 35" from front shoulder seem to bottom.
