Inseam: Size XS measures 1.5" inseam. Front Rise: Size XS measures 12.5" inseam. Worn once for an event. There is a section of the belt where the fabric has pulled from the seam. The belt is removable so the romper can be worn without it. The belt is also very long and this section could be cut off an resewn if you have some seamstress skills.
