La Perla beige and white blouse or cover up. Beautiful detailing. Drawstring waist. Elastic at mid arm that leads to a ruffle with slit and tie. The tag reads 42 which would be a Sz 10. I am not ocertain that is actually the size. It seems more like a one size fits most. Wear on or off the shoulders.
