LeMieux China Vintage MCM Midcentury Atomic Style 22 kt Gold Decorated Ashtray

Fun and funky, retro cool mid-century, atomic style vintage ashtray by LeMieux China. It measures 4-3/4” long by approximately 4-1/2”wide and is approximately 1 inch tall. It has space to hold four cigarettes. There is some wear due to age and use to the surface of the tray which doesn’t detract in any way from the look of the piece. Other than the surface loss, there are no chips, cracks or crazing. LeMieux China were merchants and importers of European goods based in Paris and New York from 1910 through the 1940s. This piece most likely dates to the late 1940s or early 1950s. This item is vintage, not new, and may have wear commensurate with age and use. From a smoke and pet free environment.
