This dress is by trunk show designers Leila and Grey. Their designs are very similar to Matilda Jane. This dress is a size 8/10. It features many tiers of different colors and designs and has spaghetti straps that tie on top. My daughter actually wore this once for a photo on the beach at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island and someone captured a pic and it is hanging in the lobby of the hotel. It is striking!
