Lovely navy and beige halter-style dress by HD In Paris. Dress is in stunning like new condition. Hard to find petite size. This dress does have a little give. Measurements (all taken flat): Bust - 16.5" Waist - 13" Hips - Open Length - 36" My mannequin measures 38" at the bust and 32.25" in the waist. The dress was a bit snug on the mannequin, especially in the bust.
