Like New IZ Byer dress

This adorable dress was worn once for my nieces bat mitzvah. It's a great A Line dress with three quarters sleeves. Built in black slip that goes from top of dress to bottom of dress. It's marked size 16 but it perfectly fits a size 10-12 girl. If your kid wears this brand, you probably already know that it runs small? Dress looks great with black, white, grey tights.
