annasposhalley @battybargains @tapshe That was a very weird answer from posh. I do not think they understand your question & what u need help with. You dont need a list, u need them to fix the problem. I would start out a whole new email, send screen shots & ask them if they can fix it so you can begin following poshers again. SMH

battybargains @annasposhalley - The 1st response said they updated my followers and that the count had been corrected. The actual # did not change. So I sent a response with screen shots. Would you mind looking at the wording before I send another? Email - I have followed at 70k and my count is only at 5k. Here are four screen shots as examples. battybargains @annasposhalley - Then I can go to my alphabetical list of those I am following and they are not listed or counted. I also spent about 30 min following most of @mlb1006 followers the other day. I made it to the M's took a break to eat and 30 minutes later all the ones I had followed were blue again like I never followed them. Sounds like I have more than one issue going on. cont..

battybargains @annasposhalley - Since we had snow days off I have been very active with sharing and following trying really grow my Posh closet. Would all of that activity at once cause a problem? Let me know what I can do to help. Thank you. @battybargains. The screenshots were 2 different closets showing I was following them with screenshots showing they were not in my alphabetical following list.

battybargains @annasposhalley - Their response Thanks for your email. It sounds like you may have triggered a safeguard in our system due to the high volume of follows coming from your account in a certain timeframe. Once the safeguard is lifted after some time, you will be able to follow again. Rest assured that this does not affect any other aspect of your account or listings.

battybargains @annasposhalley - Response continued. In regard to your followers list, our system cannot currently pull a full accurate list of users you are following as the data set is too large for our system to pull at once. We hope this clarifies any confusion! Crazy...

annasposhalley @battybargains i can c its difficult to write an explantion or qurstion to posh. I wld explain how long it took u to get to 70K. Becuz if they think u followed 70k in a week i think they will push it off on that and not help fix the problem. Cont

annasposhalley @battybargains maybe write i havr been following other poshers and my followeing number has not changed since insert an approx date. show them the screen shots n explanation/proof about ur exact problem. Let them focus on problem not on how many u think u followed. Does that make sense?

battybargains @tapshe - The last 5 comments cover where I am to date. I actually took a break from sharing, well somewhat, & have actually had offers and sales today. I haven't had any in since the 13th. Longest stretch since I started. I thought it was probably due to Valentines but maybe it was more than that. I will send another email tomorrow. I have been following a few and counting. So far it is going up correctly doing 50 at a time a few times today.

battybargains @annasposhalley - the hardest part is I don't know for sure. It became appearent last week when I followed MLB1006 list from A-N. I went just as fast as you go straight down the list without a break. The system has been asking me to check a box to prove I am not a bot about 4 times a day due to oversharing. Apparently I need to scale back. Since I have 1000's of items to list I have plenty else to do. Thanks for the info.

tapshe @battybargains @annaposhly. Ok. I think I have figured something out!!! Your comments above triggered a memory my mentor had taught me!!! So posh placed safeguards in their programming. There is s limit to the number of people you are allowed to follow in a day. I believe it’s 10k, if you exceed that, your closet gets locked for a certain amount of time and you can no longer follow people until your “penalty” time is lifted.

annasposhalley @tapshe its good to do alittle bit of everything. But remember even mlb's marias followers or mine or anyone else on posh only shows you/eveeyone the list of the last 1k n thats it. so following marias a-n is not going to do that ... cont

tapshe @battybargains the other thing they are mentioning, you will never see all your followers. They only actually list I think 1k, so you can’t actually check everyone you are following on your page but the total following # on your home screen should be accurate. I would just do a few 000’s over the next couple of days and see if they log into your total correctly

annasposhalley I follow aprox 3k per day. Super fast. I also get robot cks numerous times a day. Cleaning out my history n cookies etc on my laptop clears that up. Everyday do a test and follow a couple poshers in ur own followers list. That way u can keep track better. ...cont

battybargains @tapshe @annaposhly - Sounds like a good place to start, done for tonight. We just got in from the Thunder game, late start & double OT. Geesh... We have both worked our eBay stuff since 99 but Posh is a so different. Posh search is very similar to eBay's format from 15 years ago. Which was our favorite time frame. We have been so frustrated, & almost stopped. We used to ship 100 things a month. Before starting posh it was down to 20ish. Thank you both for your help. Happy Weekend.

mlb1006 Oh I’m sorry you’re having issues with your follower count. Sheri is correct. You can’t excede more than 10K per day. I would focus more on sharing than following. Only stick to following a few hundreds per day and increase your sharing and you should be good!
