Likely Taylor smocked tiered ruffle maxi dress size 2

Likely Taylor dress. Smocked bodice through hips. Square neck. Waist tie. Short, puff sleeve. Tiered skirt with offset front slit. 100% polyester. The size and material tag is missing. I've compared mine to another one that is listed and it measures the same as a size 2. I cannot guarantee this is a size 2 so please check measurements. The size I'm giving is an estimate. Pit to pit 16 inches Pit to bottom hem 46 in. ***measurements are approximate Small spot on the front , please see the last photo. Not that noticeable in person. Otherwise in good preowned condition.
