pixelfinny @jwlbugg should be correct (or at least very close to that as I used a fabric tape measure). Photo is a little deceiving b/c on a "little girl" hanger. What height/age is kid?

pixelfinny @jwlbugg it is a size 12/14, but i think fits a 12 best (IMHO). I am annoyed my younger one won't wear it! It is so pretty!
