Lilly Pulitzer Girls Sleeveless Lined Shift Dress in Pink, Green and White in Size 6. Eyelet/Crochet type circle design with 100% cotton lining. Fully lined to about 2” from bottom hem. Approx measurements: Pit to Pit 12”, Front length 23”, Back length 23”, Width across bottom 14-1/2”. Dress is a little longer in the front than the back. Gently used in very good condition. @kligsay Thank you for your question. No it is not neon. The light green is bright, but none of the colors are neon.

To add to my answer. When I think of neon, I also think fluorescent. The pink is also bright, but the colors are not fluorescent. Colors seem typical Lilly Pulitzer; vibrant and all the colors look beautiful together.
