Lilly Pulitzer size 4 sample dress

EUC size 4 sample black (with shimmer) v neck and v back dress. It looks like a Kaya dress. The neckline embellishments have tulle, w/ gold triangles and jewels.The garment is in EUC condition but there are a few missing jewels. They are standard fake diamond jewels so I'd think you'd be able to replace them easily if you wanted to. One of the jewel settings (brackets?) is loose, just needs a quick stitch. 16" a to a, 13" waist, and 35" s to h. Side zip. Pet and smoke free.
