This designer blouse is almost new I don’t even think I ever wore it. It also has a scarf of the same material and color that goes with it. It is a square scarf to be worn around the neck. The blouse has a mandarin type collar with cuff sleeves. The back is plain. Please excuse the packing wrinkles.
