victoria021770 Hi! I could not find another place to comment so I am doing so under this item. You purchased a Marc Jacobs bundle from me in early December 2019 & I shipped it out on 12/10/19. I was tracking it and hoping it would finally get delivered - though at this time, it appears it still has NOT 😔 been delivered to u.

victoria021770 I had another package that the same thing happened to u - it did not get delivered and with that one, I had to contact Poshmark support & I will be filing a claim with the USPS today, for both your “lost/not yet delivered” package as well as the other person’s. To say I am furious is an understatement, as I have been selling on Poshmark for over a year now & this had never happened to me!

victoria021770 I sent Poshmark an email last night, re: that your package not yet delivered & they will take necessary steps to determine what to do - my understanding is, refund your money etc - but in the meantime, I am still doing my best to locate your package! Again, I waited after the holidays, hoping the packages would be delivered but that seems not to be the case! So I am apologizing as I don’t want you to think I did anything wrong.

victoria021770 I will keep you updated, if you wish me to, as I will be filing my complaints today, w/ the USPS re: two “lost/not yet delivered” packages. As I said, I am really really displeased 🤨😡 abt this. I wish you a HNY & one way or another, this will be resolved! TY again.
