It's a high intensity workout utilizing heavy weights with olympic style movements (like deadlift, thrusters, clean and jerk etc). Check online if there is any facility available next to you and hope you will get into it. So much fun👍🏻

runwayposh @susanvee13 Hi Susan! Of course! I can tell you what helps me to sell:) In order of importance: 1. Mannequin (they can be pricy but the half one with hollow back is about 20$ on amazon or a model (sister, cousin etc;) . 2. Using backdrop(10$-50$ depend on size), white or neutral wall. 3. Good light (I have photo studio at home but one softbox (30$ amazon) should be just fine. 3. app like Live Collage or similar.

runwayposh @susanvee13 answering your question.. Light is good, backdrop color can actually work. The problem with this is "cleanliness" of the picture. Try to steam backdrop to remove wrinkles and stretch it. Also pay attention to details, remove all unnecessary objects from background :)
