vacat @mizd Susan, I use quite a few. The one with the prettiest frames is imikimi. Others that I like are pic collage and InstaFrame. Sometimes I use three or four together and overlay them to create the look I'm after. Thank you so much for the wonderful compliment. I'm really just winging it here so its nice to know that you enjoy them.

Oh when I think back to all the couture, and just adorable pieces, I've donated!!! If I'd known I was going to meet you someday, I would have kept car loads. Over the last, say, eight years, 6-10 boxes per year, that's a lot of items for you!! But, they went to a shop that sells them and proceeds go to a women's shelter, so that's cool too!!

Most of his are investments though, so its usually just ties and shoes he's tired of. He wears a lot of armani, brioni, and zegna. But, he's in the public eye a lot more than me these days. I don't miss it tho!

vacat @downeysdesserts Just take your pick hon! I've got silk out here too! I'm already tired of cotton - I hate ironing and dry cleaning just kills them. Bill didn't get a single new cashmere this year! He got two new zegna cashmere blazers but he only likes mock turtlenecks and this past winter everything was true turtleneck. I've got my shopper on the look out for this year. Can you believe they're already starting to stock for winter? How time flies!!

vacat @downeysdesserts As far as the business, yes I owned an events planning business. I worked as a sales manager for ten years before I "retired" - code for cashed out my stock and quit!!! Then, started my own little cottage industry business of event planning. We did themed parties, Christmas parties, and mostly weddings. Tons of fun, hectic too. I thought I'd miss the action, but really don't. I'm perfectly content with my life as it is. As long as we are all healthy of body, mind, and spirit and alive here on this earth as a family, everything else is just icing on the cupcake!!!

Helping people have fun, helping brides (and their mothers) to relax and enjoy the occasion, decorating for the parties, just being able to help others have a great event - it was very rewarding. Of course, there were times when I wanted to run down the street (naked except a cape billowing behind) screaming too!!!! And, thank you.....you're beautiful too!!!

Had two baby teeth at the very back that he never shed and that was causing the problem. Removed without incident. He's even eating kibble again! Thank you Lord! He's fine. Thanks for asking Becky. I adore you for this!!!

yonkers10 Yeah, I was at a friend s house to visited. I got up but somehow I was like pain, and dizzzyyyy! I was puzzled. My good friend was worried abt me. I told I gotta go home. I drove and prayed I'm safe when I get home. Praise to god! My hearing lovely/cherished fiancé asked if my teeth is in pain. I nodded. Took me to see Danny. Found out I have bone loss bottom teeth and plus all over infection. I cried alot bez it was realllly pain alot for two weeks. I'm stoill awake. I'm scared I go back dentist in August 9th. My mom isn't doing great. She is in the hospital. My fiancé and I are planned getting private married in Reno in Sept. but, I told him drop the trip. I have to pay. Mt health comes first. I'm sad! Hopefully, poshmark people buys so I can pay Danny from dentist. Grrrrrrrr! You sounds very nice and sweet inside and out. Thank you. 💖🎀💖

Yes, its a mower, but you should see me on the real tractor - its just funny!! A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do!! Our driveway is about 1/4 mile long and the big snows ALWAYS happen when my husband is out of town. So guess who has to gear up in ski clothing, get on the tractor, and plow the driveway???? If I could still have my trees and mountain, I'd take beach over grass any day! 😻🐾

golyndsey @vacat Yes, driveway clearings are important. With the regular road clearings, snow berms get to be rather awful. And I'm not the "haul your booty over a mound if snow" kinda gal. Hahaha! It is my dream that I will own a couple of Guernsey cows and some goats in my old senile days and just make cheese. I LOVE cheese as much as I LOVE martinis!!! Perhaps THEN I can own a tractor/mower. ...Though, my DH is likely to say: What for?! We have cows and goats for that!!! 🐄🐄🐄

Since we've always had black haired furchildren and now furgrandchildren, (our place is named Black Cat Manor) he's our first non-black kitty! closetgirls @vacat - Holly, my posh friend and purveyor of all the best posh wisdom - today I have been stood up by 3 different poshers... who asked me to bundle and then one backed out, another balked at poshmark's shipping charges and has yet to get back and another just disappeared. What can I do to avoid this? These items were bundled and packaged and weighed and everything :/

vacat @closetgirls Ok, that does happen. You can never be sure someone is going to buy! This may help for the future. First, don't package anything until they've paid. Secondly, when someone asks for a bundle tell them you will be happy to put together a bundle if they are ready to buy. (You can calculate the price for them before you create the listing.) If they say they are serious about buying, put together the listing, tag them, and wait! Sad, but true. If they don't buy in an hour or so, retag and tell them you can hold for x number of hours (whatever you decide). If they haven't bought in that time, delete the listing. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it! Just make sure everything is discussed in advance of your doing the work of creating a listing. You can always block a person that does that - many do!! Happened to me this past week too. There is one person (kimjacoby13) who has asked me three times to bundle but never would tell me what she wanted. I had to block her. Some people are just lonely and want to communicate, others just want everything for free and will hope that you'll sell the bundle for a reduced price if they complain. Make sure all prices, including shipping, are discussed up front. Whatever you do, don't fall to their level and become nasty about it! If they don't buy, delete the listing and block them. Its better than losing your reputation by getting nasty!

vacat @cody7150 Oh, I've been wishing that just about everyday since I left!! The forest is beautiful and peaceful, but I miss friends, parties, restaurants, dancing, etcetera. Here, it is 1.5 hours to DC which isn't really worth the drive! Tried doing both, but settled on staying in Virginia. Plus, women dress in Dallas. Really dress. I miss that terribly. Here, I'm overdressed if I'm wearing anything except sweats or capris.

Hubby maybe doing a short tour to get out of here. It would be him gone for one year without me 😩. Stinks, but at least I could go back home to live with my mom and sister. My mom is my best friend, so that would be exciting!

But, he's slowly, dragged me to Md😊 when we first got married he owned a condo In DC, but with every kid we needed a bigger house. 😊😊 we have 4 kids 14, 12, 10 and 8. 2 boys 2 girls. My girls have modeled for me, but I have to beg them. 😀👭So yes it's crazy around here. And sometimes I have no time for anything. Glad it's summer . They are all away now. That's why I'm working like crazy. Im an Architect , but I never got to practice, I decided to raise my kids instead. Somedays I question wether that was the right decision 😊I'm a very private person and like to keep it like that. Well, I had a scary incident with this creep that I'll tell you one day .I have no FB or Instagram, or any of those things. I know I need to start, but I'm a bit scared. I'm sorry I'm just going on and on😊. Anyway it's so nice to know a bit about you. The reason I wrote you. About the meet and greet I don't think I got invited. Which it's totally fine . They are a group of ladies who help women in transition so they're holding it at their headquarters to accept any donations anyone wants to bring. It's next Friday, August 1. I would have mentioned it earlier, but I didn't know you were in this area. Do try to come. It's not fancy (they've themed it as pajama party - so casual clothes), just a get together. Would love to meet you. My first Poshmark meet & greet. I'm so excited. My husband may be with me and the ladies are so generously saying bring anybody, just help us get a head count for the food and drink. Hope you can make it!

vacat @wiillab I'm so happy you found some helpful advice here. Kudos for removing fragrances. Unfortunately, you can't remove listings that sold through Poshmark. Anything that you sold anywhere else should be deleted though - they frown on that. Let me take a look at your closet. BRB

vacat @wiillab the only thing I see is the "solo cup." This is clothing and accessories only. Best to remove that listing. Here's what I would do (right or wrong): get all the sold fragrances moved to the bottom. Then do a self deprecating listing along the lines of "things I did before I read the rules - please forgive me." And keep that just above the fragrances. Never, never share them after they're positioned at the bottom.

vacat @wiillab Plenty of people have made the same mistakes and gone on to become suggested users once they've been compliant for awhile. While there are rules, a little humor goes a long way here. Don't stress about it. Just fix your listings, add a little self deprecation, and keep going. Your closet looks great btw💐

vacat @suzyque Oh I’m the same way with this now. So disappointed in the offer and pay part of shipping aspect. I haven’t posted any new listings in 1.5 years! That’s sad given that I have over 200 photos ready to go & another 100+ to shoot. I’m way behind but not as vested anymore. Still like hanging with the “old gang” though😘

suzyque I kinda like the new offer thing, at least you don’t have to actually lower the price but can still put some feelers out. I do miss the early days and it’s gotten so big and all the boutiques are crazy. We need our own feed for the “old school” used clothing closets. I still make some good $$ so I’m still into it but I miss the simple days. Hope your well I’ll be back to share. SuzyQ
