Fine bone China from England. This is a decorative plate and what makes it so valuable is if you look closely it is numbered as number one. This was the very first one to come off the line it is handpainted with beautiful English roses and blue lace trimming with little dragonflies in it. The edges are garnished with 24 karat gold trim.
