Macy's polka-dot dress

Beautiful black dress with white polka dots, in a light, airy fabric. I am 5'- 3" and the dress falls down to my knees. There is a separate satin-y lining inside. Dress has ruched detail below the bust and around the neck. Cute for work and dressy enough for dinner after.
