It is an Empire style dress characterized by it's high waistline, coming just below the bust, from which the full skirt hangs loosely. This dress is executed in a navy blue chiffon skirt with a bodice wrapped in silk satin forming a large, asymmetrical bow. On the inside of the dress is a waist-length foundation with flexible bones that is also satin and finished just as nicely as the outside of the dress.
