Maurices junior girls black and floral dress size 3/4

zipper starts at the back of the neck and goes all the way down to the hip area in the back. rounded neckline. the top portion of the dress is a sheer floral material. there is a built in under tank underneath the sherr material in black. the floral is different shades of pink roses. around the chest area at the neckline thw material is slightly gathered to give a little movement. there aren't any sleeves buy the material might hang barely off the shoulders. has an empire waistline which means the floral material stops right above the tummy and before the waist. the material at the bottom is the skirt portion and will fit to form. has material across the empire waistline to look like a belt. there are string belt loops on each side to hold a belt but if you didn't want those you could cut them off. i fo not have a belt for this dress. the skirt in the front looks like a V shape chevron pattern as you can see the sewing lines to show thay pattern in the front. found no issues or flaws. smoke free home and pet friendly home. rack t, section b
