You can still cancel a transaction so that the buyer is not charged. Just go to your sales and click on the option to cancel the transaction

Lilian28 totally took advantage gof you being a new seller. She's selling the dress for $90 on her page (I tagged you in it, so you can see) 😡 She saw I made an offer for $20, then made the SAME $20 offer AFTER I made mine. Just very disappointed. I liked the dress first, and made the offer first, then you sold to soneone else who is already selling one for $90 😞 The right thing to do was let me purchase it as I kept in touch with you the whole time 😢
