loverofthedeal In wanting to make the travel set really nice, I hand steamed the three pieces. In doing so, it appears that action made the subtle marks more prominent, and created further imperfections. I feel bad. I am sorry. Would you prefer I not ship the travel set along with the four hats? I do not wish to upset you. Let me know your thoughts.

agentlewoman @loverofthedeal You should never have hand steamed them. You were concerned about a musty smell and I recommended Dryel sheets which are readily available in all stores. This method also may have taken care of the age spots even tho you never mentioned concerns about this. Just please return everything. I really feel this is now a little unfair since you’ve tampered with the items. Once you decided to start the return, they should have been sent back as you got them.

It should be sometime tomorrow — I sighed up years ago and I didn’t know they were using that email and this app sent a code to verify — I don’t have access to the old email I guess. I had to copy my license to prove it was me. Then it told me it could take one business day. We will see
