Hi everyone!! So excited to be here. I don’t buy a lot but am an avid seller as I’ve aimed to start my own small re sale business. Over the last 4 years, I’ve found so much joy and value in being able to work from home, do what I enjoy, and not ever have to compromise my time with my three beautiful boys and husband. Because I sell for my business and not personally, rest assured that customer satisfaction will always come above the value of a sale and therefore if I ever make a mistake on an order etc, please don’t ever hesitate to reach out so I can have the opportunity to make it right. I am a super honest, kind/caring, hard working person. I put fourth the same amount of effort and pride in every single package I mail out will always try my absolute best to deliver great customer service to you!! Because I’m a one girl rodeo, I will occasionally make unintentional mistakes, so, believe that I feel awful when this happens. Please note that due to the very high volume of requests for additional measurements/photos etc in comparison to the number of people that then say thank you, or even bother responding at all, I will no longer go out of my way with additional requests. I’m sorry it’s come to this but I will not tolerate the inconsiderate behavior when I’m going out of my way for someone and take time from my day to fulfill such requests!

screevan5 @kakchat1 thank you:) I do have a few questions actually. What happens if an item you sell costs more than the 6.49 or whatever? When do you get paid? Any idea how trades work?

unityblend @screevan5 Hi Sara! PM takes 20% of any sale that is $15 or more and a flat fee of $2.95 for any item sold under $15. The buyer has three days to accept The item once received. Once they have accepted it, you get paid and the funds are automatically deposited into your PM account. If, after three days, the buyer has not accepted the item the funds are released into your account. You can then leave the funds in the account or have them direct deposited into your bank account.

unityblend @screevan5 As far as trading is concerned, I don't know much about that because I don't trade. It isn't forbidden to do so but PM does not cover trades in the system...so poshers do it at their own risk. I believe both parties would lower the listings they want to exchange for $3. Once both parties pay, then they both print shipping labels and send the items as usual.

unityblend @screevan5 You can't dispute the package, etc if its not what u had agreed so keep that in mind. I would encourage u to trade with the right poshers who have a good history of doing those kinds of transactions. Does this help?

screevan5 @kakchat1 yes, very much so! Thank you for taking time out of your day to answer my questions. The only thing I'm still not completely sure about is the shipping process. We print our labels and then locate the free packaging at post office? I see that all shipping costs are the same, so my question is what if we're shipping something larger that costs more to ship?

unityblend @screevan5 Good questions! If you are using a USPS box (which is encouraged because they are free), they must be regular Priority Mail boxes. Priority Mail Flat Rate, Express Mail, or Regional Mail boxes are NOT allowed. Any standard brown box will work too!

unityblend If your package is over 5 pounds, you will need to generate a new shipping label in the app. Go to your Account Tab → My Sales → Select your order → Need New Shipping Label → Need Heavier Weight Label.

unityblend Honestly, it is rare that a package will weigh over 5 pds even with bundles but if you find that to be the case, then follow the instructions above to print out a heavier weight label.

screevan5 @kakchat1 thanks so much! And if it is heavier, and therefore more to ship, does the seller assume responsibility for the difference in shipping cost? I'm sorry, as I've never done this before, it just seems so confusing. I'm sure once I go through it once, it will make much more sense.

unityblend @screevan5 The additional shipping charge will be deducted from your earnings on the sale. Do you mind me asking what you are shipping, how many items? I only ask because there is a good chance you won't need a heavier label.

One of my former teammates also lived in Wichita. Crazy! I also tried looking for additional info but as the bop bag is no longer carried, I couldn’t find anything. I’ll look on the bag itself today.

My oldest daughter is moving to Connecticut in Dec. so I’m sure I’ll finally make it to explore the East coast😉 you mentioned your soccer coach, do you still play? All 3 of my daughter grew up playing comp soccer but decided not to pursue it at college level but many of their friends do! Do you still play?

screevan5 @tcampbell3 oh how neat! Connecticut is beautiful! You’ll love the East Coast! It’s so scenic! Moving to Kansas has been quite an adjustment for me! As far as soccer goes. I played for as long as I could. I made a semi pro team in Maine but was unable to play due to injuries. When I got pregnant with my oldest son, I made the decision to give it up. It’s still one of my greatest passions but I’ve turned my focus to coaching and working with kids- sharing my passion with them.
