robinj @harperhudson Thank you! I shared like crazy, I wish I could've shared even more but as you know they only want you to share a certain amount. My advice is to get started early getting your likes and review the closets and their listings to make sure they are following all the posh rules. I saw a lot of cute things in some closets but couldn't share because they either were using pp or had another website listed or something and so I couldn't share but there is plenty to choose from who do follow the rules. Other than that just have fun!

dawnann67 You are very welcome and one look at those legs says it all...I do a treadmill workout during lunch that is pretty extensive (3.7 miles) and it has running intervals. Just with the little bit I do on that, the transformation it gives is unlike any other exercise to me. You look great!!

robinj @dawnannm67 That's awesome you can workout on your lunch break!! I mix it up I run outside, the treadmill and the elliptical. I generally run 4-6 miles outside and on the treadmill 4 days a week and the elliptical for an hour 1x a week. Light weights 2x a week. Your right the feel good endorphins are amazing! I've been slacking lately so I've got to get my butt in gear!! 💞

dawnann67 I'm curious about using the elliptical 1X a week...what benefits do you like from it? I haven't used it but know it's a butt-kicker. I follow a treadmill workout by Amy Dixon. I LOVE it. It's an hour long and has great intervals that she takes you through....for all levels.

robinj @dawnannm67 The elliptical is not my favorite machine but I love the benefits. Being a runner I like to use it for the no impact on my knees and you get a upper body workout with the handles. I can go backward on it as well to put an emphasis on my quads. It's a great workout! 💞

I had some issues with one knee and then started using that Glucosomine (sp?) and no kidding...within a month of consistent use, I have not had a single moment of knee pain. robinj @ashley1985 I was sitting here thinking what the heck I can tell you my weight we are all women on here right! Lol first I carry my weight in my rear end and my chest I'm a 34D my weight presently is 136 which I feel is way more than I want to be considering I've gained 9# in 5 yrs. I wear a size 6 and I prefer a little stretch in my jeans so they have a little more give in them. Since turning 40 a couple yrs ago it's been much harder to loose weight and keep it off but I try to do cardio 3-5 days out of the week. Like you I love to eat so that makes it all the more challenging. Lol. 😊

I would LOVE to be there- and I will be honest- I've got 20 lbs to go before I get there 😳 I'm also 4 inches shorter 😖 I carry my weight in my thighs, butt, and chest. I do have to tell you, honest to God, Robin, you DO NOT look 40! 40 is not "old" by any means but just looking at you, I would have guessed 28-30?! I really wish I'd taken the opportunity to get to know you better at Poshfest - i think we have a lot in common! How old are your boys? And there we were, both with our hubbies - the four of us should have gone to dinner or done something together (we went to Ruth's Chris before the party Saturday). Weak excuse, but I'm obviously not as outgoing as I should be. Posh is full of some really extroverted women - maybe some formerly introverted who've been dying to let loose, haha - and it's pretty impossible to "compete" with that, or even keep up!
