Long sleeve t-shirt, size L - this would be what I consider teen sizing. It has to be since its a Large. I honestly don't recall where we purchased. I know my son wore it when he was 19ish. Its in great condition. Non smoking home, but we have a dog. Im literally pulling items from closet and posting them....hence the wrinkles. Lots of life left in this shirt.
