Mens Reflection by Roadblock long sleeve tshirt see measurements

Mens Reflection by Roadblock long sleeve tshirt. The size marked on the garment is 4x, but it seems WAY smaller so please check measurements. My best guess is that it would comfortably fit an xl. There is a lot of stretch to the garment and it is made of the same type of material as long John underwear so it would be great for layering. Thanks for looking 😀
