Men’s white dress shorts - Higgins Slacks

Men’s white dress shorts size 42 with 7 inch inseam. Have been hanging in my dad‘s closet with tags on for sometime. If I were buying these, I would wash them as they have picked up some dust and dirt. Otherwise excellent new condition. I just do not want to remove the tags and wash them. Machine washable and dryable polyester and cotton fabric Made in USA.
