I actually need a 50 bust, I usually wear an XL to XXL but I think. 44” bust would be too small. I would like it in a maxi length and full in the hips . Size 18 usually fits but you may need to adjust.

@claymichellelyn I know it can be hard, my father had colon cancer and metastasis but he did not attend doctors on time, but left a lot of knowledge and at that time and place it was even unspeakable and treatments obsolet, cancer is hard for all and I pray you can be out in no time! 💕
