Mint lace halter dress

Pretty mint/sea foam colored intricate lace overlay with a nude under layer. Dress flares out, made for twirling. Halter like neck and the back has double straps. There is an illusion style panel around the waist where the lace is see through. NWT Size 5. It’s junior sizing but it would fit a women’s small or size 6.
