Minuet one shoulder neon floral dress

This dress gives me Lisa frank vibes. So comfy and cute. One shoulder with a super cute mesh back detail. It’s fully lined and the skirt has some soft organza to add a little volume. I got this at ModCloth a while ago but she’s still cute!
