Multi-colored blouse

Fun little multi-colored blouse. Has slits at the top of each sleeve. There was a black tie around the middle but I cut it off because it was annoying. The black strip across the front under the bust is what’s left but it doesn’t make the shirt look weird at all. Size small - only worn a few times.
