Multiples Blue Velvet Tunic w/ Rhinestone accents

This is a regular size shirt, but it is tunic style. It is navy blue with a striped texture in it. It has decorative rings from one side to the other around the curved hem that are rhinestones. It has a rounded neck. The sleeves are about three-quarter arm length. It has been worn once.
