This is a NEW set of FOUR fabric bar stool/chair covers! Shown on my bar stool - bar stool not included, just shown for modeling! These have white straps on the bottom to tie them on if needed. They have elastic on the edges that hold them on the way they are shown. 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex. You are getting four. As shown, they measure 17" in diameter when on that bar stool!
