NEW Michael Kors pleated halter dress sz 2 blue

NWT Michael Kors pleated, tiered halter dress in a size 2. Approx measurements; 10" tier that covers the breast area, 16.25" across at top band, 14" at waist, 31.5 long from the band at the top of the chest to the hem. The straps are approx 14.5" from one end to the other, not adjustable and just under 1.25" wide. The hidden zipper does go up all the way. It was just a little tight on my mannequin. There is a light liner under all of the pleating and a rubberized strip in the front of the top.
