New 2 pc skirt set with solid black long sleeve crop top & gray/taupe midi skirt with black stretch waist band. The fabric is a synthetic blend & has a 2" stretch allowance. Top fits 36"-38" bust, skirt fits 28-30" waist. The skirt is not lined and fits like a glove! For reference I am 5'5", 125lbs, 36d bust, 28" waist, 38" hips.
