judithlynn @lkc12340 hi! Unfortunately you didn’t tape the bottom of the box and the conditioner must have fallen out during shipping. I was so looking forward to using it tonight after a long flight home but when I saw the package on my kitchen counter it felt very light. When I picked it up I saw that the one side of the box was not taped and the box is empty. I had to ask Posh for a refund. You can see the pics that i included…
