anncabell @bpmckay Hi, dear beautiful friend! Thank you so much for asking! I tell you, when I first saw this brand, I was skeptical, but it has won me over completely, enough to invest in several S&C items for Poshing purposes! I started w/ the eyeshadow & was blown away by the quality. It was perfection in every way. I get the sense that S&C might be narrowing its line back toward its original superstar nail polish, but if so, it's a shame b/c everything they do is awesome, in my experience. [1 of 3]

anncabell [2 of 3] So, The Shining Lacquer in Now Kith! I love this stuff. The coverage of one coat is very light (my own preference, so I can apply w/out a mirror w/out embarrassing myself!), but it becomes glossier w/ additional coats - and can thus be very glossy if you want it that way, or not, if you don't. The best part is that it isn't sticky. I don't know how they do it. I don't feel it on, do you know what I mean? I can talk, etc w/out thinking of it. It really is more of a glide, which is nice!

anncabell [3 of 3] When I'm at work & talking a lot, I do re-apply several times over the day. If I'm not talking a lot, then it lasts longer, w/ a good, comfortable moisture level over hours. In any case, it has better staying power for me than, say, Aquaphor. The marketed plumping effect, to me, just comes from the good-quality product- that's not a feature I seek out, & I'm pleased that it's nothing like some Kardashian-like products where "plumping" seems oddly drying, to me. Here, not so.
