hey there! been following you and would love to know how you lost the weight! how much did you lose. if you dont mind me asking! I have 40 I would like to lose and KEEP off

@kreamy85 I’ve lost 80lbs and it just takes determination. It’s not about doing a diet perfecting or a workout routine, it’s about trying to do a little better each day w one habit at a time and it’ll slowly start adding up.

@snm96 thank you very much. how long fid it take you? ive always been bigger. and specific thing with food that helped?

@kreamy85 I was always active as a kid so it was easier for me to get back into it, but it took me 2-3 years during law school too. I’ve been the same weight basically the last year but getting more toned. One big change for me was getting green tea to replace coffee or soda as much as possible. I never cut both out completely but it makes a big difference. I need to work on making that change again.

@snm96 during law school?!?! kudosss!! imma an over eater, that's my prob. and I loved carbs. like you said, I'm going to start with one habit at a time. Michael this week is to work out every day for seven days, and I'm on track? I'm going to focus on tons of water in conjuction with that next. did you lower carbs?
snm96
@kreamy85 that’s awesome! Yes take in as much water as you can! I love carbs and could never cut them out. I’ve found that a high carb diet works for me so I just try to have smaller portions more often.

@kreamy85 and I’ve gone to the gym everyday for 38 days and I’m finally forcing myself to take today off🤣 but I remember when it was a struggle to get going even 2-3 days a week, which is what I would recommend for anyone just starting out. You don’t want to over work your body or burn out, you want to ease your body into it and form a habit. It only takes 21 days to form a habit 🤓

@kreamy85 I’m starting to do workout videos of stuff you can do at home with one of the trainers at my gym, if you want to check out my Instagram. @ sierramitchell96
