They are a full leather sole with leather lining and insole as well as the beautiful crocodile look 3 3/4" heel and 3/4" platform. There are a few minor marks as should be expected from a display pair. They are size 36.5 EU which is 7 US (they measure 9." inside the shoe from the heel to the toe tip)
