NWOT, Forever 21, Bright Colorful Boho Maxi Skirt w/ Elastic Waist, Size Medium

NWOT, Forever 21, Boho Maxi Skirt, Size Medium Must have maxi skirt for the summer. Colors are bright and vibrant but do not overwhelm. Can be dressed up or down as well as paired with so many different types and colors of top. Great skirt for when transitioning into spring/fall - easily pair with some chunky boots and jean jacket Has a tassel tie but this is non functional/does not change fit of elastic. There to enhance the boho look. The waist is elastic but does not have a lot of stretch. The waist will sit at true waist - the part that could be tricky is getting over hips/buttocks. I am a 8-10 and I had to shimmy to get over hips/behind when trying on. Bought it because I love the colors and the length - just never wore. 100% Rayon - material is so soft. Does not seem like it will pill or fade quickly Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry No signs of wear, stains, or holes. This item is in excellent condition/NWOT.
