NWOT- Forever 21 fun pleated, plaid skirt, size Small

I purchased this in the winter yet decided not to wear it. It is new without tags, never has been worn once by me. Would look super cute with some black tights.. or without ... and some boots. A slim fit T or turtleneck. Even a cropped top! This is a fun skirt that is half blue and half black and white plaid! 💙
